Getting started
Create an account
Creating an account is required to create or administer a map (it is not required simply to browse a published map).
- Go to the sign-up page ("Create your account").
- Sign up with your Google account ("Sign in with Google"), or enter your email address and choose a password (8 characters minimum).
- Accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
- Complete the anti-bot check (captcha) then click "Create your account" (not needed if you signed up with Google).
A free account (Basic plan) is created by default. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time (see Subscriptions and billing).

A language selector is available on the login and sign-up screens: the application is offered in French, English, German and Spanish.
Log in and recover your password
From the login page, sign in with Google or enter your email and password. If you forget your password, a "forgot password" link lets you receive a reset email.

After several failed login attempts, the account is temporarily locked for security reasons. Try again after a few minutes.
Discover the interface
Once logged in, several tabs are available:
- Explore: search for an existing map and find your favorites and recently viewed places.
- My maps: create a new map, view or administer your existing maps.
- Profile: manage your user profile, subscription information, and notifications.
- Map management: on Premium accounts, manage your maps in bulk.
- Admin: subscription information, status, sign-up date, renewal.
