Are prices monthly or annual?

Both: Essential and Premium plans are available with an annual commitment (billed in one payment, roughly 17% cheaper) or with no commitment, billed monthly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, Essential and Premium plans can be tried free for 30 days. A card is required to start the trial, but it is only charged at the end of the trial period.

How does payment work?

Payment is secured via Stripe. You pay once a year and the subscription renews automatically; you can cancel at any time.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan is immediate (billed pro rata); downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period. You can also freely choose between annual-commitment billing and no-commitment monthly billing.

What happens if no accessible PMR route exists?

ownMap automatically offers the standard route, indicating that no accessible alternative was found.

Is my personal data shared?

No. Personal information provided at sign-up (name, email, password) is used solely for the service and is never shared with third parties. Payment information is managed separately by the secure payment provider.
